Without this great human named Donny Sand we would not have been able to keep Kirk Sand Guitars alive and made in the USA to the same high standards that his dad came to be known for by so many guitar greats from the 1980s through today.
One can only assume that Kirk the master guitar maker and father would be so proud of how hard his son and daughter Natalie worked to keep Kirk’s unique brand of performance fingerstyle guitars, which he innovated over 50 years and spent his life building for exceptional guitarists and discerning aficionados, alive and well made.
As we start to built the first new Sand Guitars in over two years to Kirk’s specs with skilled hands and sharp tools using fine tonewoods and his vision, the goal is still the same—to make beautiful guitars and beautiful music that make people happy.
