Cancellation Policy

Because every Kirk Sand Guitar is built to order, this item is being offered to you as a custom pre-order.  This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel this purchase. 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect no payment at checkout.  We do store your payment method, but we only fulfill and charge the full payment at a future date upon completion of your requested guitar model, at which time we will notify you for approval to process payment in full/  Once payment is made your order will be fullfilled and your guitar will ship first-class with insurance, the cost of which varies by location, requested coverage and delivery time.

You can cancel a pre-order request so long as the order has not been fulfilled by emailing us anytime before we notify you that your guitar is ready to ship and process your payment prior to delivering your guitar.  If the order has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request to return the guitar, subject to approval by Kirk Sand Guitars, for a full refund of the final sale price (not including shipping and insurance) less a 15% restocking and resale fee plus the cost of return shipping.  See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
